1. Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to Trainee.in. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you") and Tagsom AB ("Company," "we," "us"), regarding your access to and use of the website Trainee.in and related services (the "Service").

By creating an account or accessing the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service & No Guarantees

Trainee.in provides digital tools and resources to assist individuals in their job search and career development.

• No Employment Guarantee: We provide tools to increase your chances of finding employment, but we do not guarantee that using our Service will result in a job offer, interview, or specific career outcome.
• Service Availability: The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We use third-party infrastructure (such as Vercel and Supabase) and cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We are not liable for any service interruptions or data loss.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. However, we welcome younger users (16+) who are actively seeking junior positions or internships, provided they possess the legal capacity to enter into agreements under Swedish law or have parental consent.

4. Accounts & Termination

• Account Creation: You agree to provide accurate and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
• Inactive Accounts (30-Day Policy): To keep our platform current and efficient, accounts that are inactive for more than 30 days will be permanently deleted, along with all associated data (CVs, profiles, preferences). We are not liable for any loss of data resulting from this deletion policy.
• Termination by User: You may delete your account at any time via the settings menu.

5. Content & Data Ownership

By using Trainee.in, you agree to the following data ownership structure, which deviates from standard social platforms:

• Tagsom AB Ownership: You acknowledge that Tagsom AB owns the data structure, research reports, and aggregated insights generated by your use of the Service.
• Generated Content: Content created using our specific tools (e.g., CVs generated by our system, job match data) is considered the property of Tagsom AB to the extent permitted by law.
• Research & Privacy: We do not share your personally identifiable information (PII) with third parties for marketing purposes. However, we use the data you provide to generate public research reports, market analysis, and user behavior studies. These reports are fully anonymized.

6. User Conduct (The "Open" Philosophy)

We believe in ambition and the free exchange of ideas.

• Permitted Use: Unlike many other platforms, we encourage you to copy, share, and utilize the content and ideas you find on Trainee.in to get ahead in your career. If you find a template or a strategy that works, use it.
• Prohibited Technical Acts: While we encourage content sharing, you may not:
  • Attempt to crash, disable, or overburden our infrastructure (e.g., DDoS attacks).
  • Reverse engineer the underlying code of the platform (unless permitted by open-source licenses we may use).
  • Inject malicious code, viruses, or harmful scripts.

7. Fees and Payments

• Current Status: The Service is currently provided free of charge for trainees.
• Future Changes: Tagsom AB reserves the right to introduce fees or subscription models for future features (e.g., for Companies or Premium User tools). Any changes to pricing will be communicated in advance.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Swedish law:

• Tagsom AB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data.
• Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid us to use the service (which is currently 0 SEK).

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be settled by the District Court of Stockholm (Stockholms tingsrätt) as the first instance.
